While having a similar technique as Swedish massage, the practitioner will use more pressure to stimulate the deepest layers of the muscle tissues, tendons and fascia. This added pressure during the procedure helps stimulate blood flow, release muscle tension, improve body posture and ultimately helps the body heal and strengthen.
