90 min Deep Tissue Massage + 20 min Red Light Therapy + 10 min Relaxation Whether you’re an athlete recovering from an injury, an employee with back pain or an overworked mom our therapeutic Deep Tissue massage is for you. While having a similar technique as Swedish massage, the practitioner will use more pressure to stimulate the deepest layers of the muscle tissues, tendons and fascia. This added pressure during the procedure helps stimulate blood flow, release muscle tension, improve body posture and ultimately helps the body heal and strengthen. Includes Red Light Therapy which stimulates collagen production to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars while improving overall skin texture and tone.
